The bed itself is a wonderful example of artistic wood carving with its flower themed head board. There are extra drawers too below the mattress, as well as two matching night tables and night lamps. The master bathroom has a nice Mexican tiled vanity with a Mexican ceramic handmade sink and a large, full vanity mirror in a wood frame. This vanity area is finished with a nice arched niche. The shower and bathtub is fabulous! It has a nice stained glassed window which brings in natural light, charm and color, and is further complimented with a large tiled niche.

The second bedroom is also very nicely finished and furnished and has recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and a full closet. It is ready for guests.
The second bathroom is as cute as the master bathroom. The counter top, backslash, and shower, ceiling to floor, are tiled with warm Mexican tile. It is just wonderful.

In the hall is a closet for the washer and dryer, included.

THE LOCATION:

The location of this condo couldn't be better. You are just south of Rosarito but still just far enough. Outside of the community are many good restaurants you can walk too including seafood, tacos, sandwiches and salads, and more.Taxis are abundant if you don't want to drive.Inside Rosarito are about 5 or more supermarkets. You can easily live here full time if it was your choice.
