San Antonio del Mar is an oceanfront community which is actually a private fraccionamiento with 24-hour security. It has its own on and off ramps from the toll road, making travel to both Rosarito and the United States very easy.
This neighborhood has over 800 homes and features cobblestone streets throughout. The residents include a combination of Mexicans, Americans, and vacationers. As there are many people living full-time in this community, it’s easy to get to know your neighbors
