What’s Next?
Palacio del Mar was first designed as a community with four towers and 14 villas. When the market slowed during the global recession, the developer finished the first phase, which included Tower I (St. Tropez), five villas, and most amenities. This made the property fully operational and enjoyable.
Currently, all units in Tower 1 have been sold by the developer, so only resale units may be available.
By late 2021, the exterior of Tower 2 at Palacio del Mar was completed, and work continued inside.
Despite the shortage of prime and construction materials caused by the 2020 shutdown, the developer ensured the highest-quality materials were available to finish the units available for pre-sale. In 2022, the developer’s team worked tirelessly to finish the newest Tower, Tower Marbella, and bring it up to the high standards of Palacio del Mar’s quality.
