About Club Marena
Club Marena is the premier oceanfront, Northern Baja Real Estate development with luxury condos and Villas.
This community sits on a point of land that juts out into the Pacific Ocean, giving the community 270° degree ocean views. These ocean views include sunrises, sunsets, viewing the grey whales when in season, dolphins, and the famous surfing point known as K38.
Club Marena has a total of 7 condominium towers and 28 oceanfront villas. Most residences feature two or three bedrooms and range from approximately 2,000 to 5,500 square feet, offering significantly larger living spaces than many newer developments along the Rosarito coast.
Very few one-bedroom condos exist in Club Marena, and they are located exclusively in the Las Flores tower, making them relatively rare within the community.
All living rooms and most primary bedrooms feature oceanfront patios or terraces, designed to maximize the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Some residences also include additional flexible spaces that can be used as a media room, den, or home office.

Club Marena Amenities
Club Marena has two very unique amenities, one man made and one natural, that makes this development stand out amongst the rest. Firstly, is the dedicated onsite dog park. This is one of the nicest and largest dog parks anywhere. It has a well maintained grassy area for running your dog, is well gardened for a park-like setting, and of course, ha a nice fence for a safe run.
Secondly, is the surfing out in front at K38. The land that Club Marena sits on is a place that surfers used to camp out at in the 1980’s. Many owners at Club Marena used to camp at this same land site “in the good ol’ days,” and have rediscovered that the good days are really today, surfing and having all comforts and amenities at this resort setting.

Even if you don’t have a dog or surf, the fact that these two amenities exist at Club Marena add tremendously to the value of the community.
Club Marena also has the most well-maintained amenities of any Real Estate development here in Baja. The oceanfront walkways are great for enjoying the gardens, palms, ponds, and cliffs that hug the coast. The new heated pool area is immaculate and is right on the point. As of today, Club Marena is a fully completed oceanfront community in the K38 area south of Rosarito, and all of the units currently available for sale are part of the resale market.
The original developer finished the Club Marena project many years ago. However, some of the partners from the original development group retained ownership of the northern portion of the original land parcel where Club Marena was built. That section was later developed separately and is no longer part of the Club Marena condominium regime.
Today, that northern section includes two newer developments.
The first is Sea Houz, a newer oceanfront condominium development made up of three planned towers. As of today, only the first tower has been completed and it sold out entirely, while pre-sales for the second tower are currently underway. Club Marena itself is a finished residential community and consists of the oceanfront villas and seven condominium buildings: Las Flores, Las Brisas, Las Olas, Las Conchas, Las Perlas, Punta Marena, and Las Velas.
Many years ago there were early plans for an additional building called Las Rocas, but that building was never constructed. The portion of land where it would have been built was eventually separated from the Club Marena condominium regime and later developed as Sea Houz, with part of that northern section eventually becoming the ENSO project.
Where is it located?
Club Marena is located just 45 minutes south of the international border, and 1 hour south of the San Diego International Airport, Lindbergh Field. Club Marena is about 12 minutes south of Rosarito, and just 300 yards south of the Baja Open House real estate office.
