This residence is on the 2nd floor with elevator or stair access. The floor plan is open, sizable, and well-proportioned. The condo's materials are also excellent. The large ocean-view patio sliders are double-pane; the floors are all travertine; the countertops are granite; the bedrooms have built-in wood cabinets; the bathrooms have travertine showers; and the two fireplaces have stone accents.

The main bedroom has a very large walk-in closet, tub, fireplace, and a full travertine shower.

The second and third bedrooms have built-in wood closets, dual-pane windows, and are spacious.

BRING YOUR OWN: Bedding, towels, cookware, place settings. You can also bring your own furniture.

No pets. No smoking. No noise. Applicants with a fixed income preferred.

There is an optional storage unit in the basement level which is about 7 x 5 feet, $40 dollars extra a month.

Mision de la Sirena

Mision de la Sirena is an 8-unit residence in the community of Mision Viejo Side B.

Nearby Services and Amenities

There are plenty of restaurants in the area. You will find great tacos and places for dinner and music.
There is a supermarket 5 minutes north in Puerto Nuevo loaded with diverse products. The highway ramp and gas station are about 2 miles away in the town of Primo Tapia is loaded with other small businesses and a Saturday market.
