The whales migrate south in about January and back with their young calves in the late winter. You will also see dolphins, sunsets, millions of stars, and the subtle changes in seasons displayed within the ocean.
The surfing is very popular, visible from the house, See surfers year round catching waves on the north side of the house on the beach known as Baja Malibu. If you have a surfer in your family they will love it!
The Community and Nearby:
San Antonio del Mar (SADM) has a very low monthly association fee, at $60 US dollars a month, at the time of this writing and includes 24-hour security, on-site water treatment plant, garden and park maintenance, tennis court and swimming pool maintenance and other details. The association office is located in SADM at the south entrance.
SADM is about 20 minutes and 14 miles south of the international border.
