The Rosarito Beach Hotel's Administration offers to enroll the condo in their rental program. If you do, you don't have to pay any HOA fees, plus they take care of the utilities, bookings, daily maid service, check-ins of your guests, cleaning and maintenance of the property, also you don´t have to pay the fee for the beach/facilities access.

While in the rental program with the Hotel administration, the profits are shared 50%-50% with them. The return on investment is about 5% per year.

If you sign up for their rental program, you can still use your condo for a total of 8 weeks a year without paying utilities, HOA, daily maid, etc. You only pay for the yearly property taxes, property insurance and bank trust fees, which are standard ownership costs.

Your unit is added on their role of rentals, so your property will be chosen for booking the same as anyone´s else, as it becomes part of their booking rol, taking its turn same as the others.

Owners are not allowed to make their own rentals through VRBO or Airbnb or any similar website.

If you do not wish to enter into their rental program or if you want to live in the property full time, your monthly expenses would be approximately the following: HOA (300 dlls per month) a monthly fee for access to the beach and the hotel facilities ($94 dlls per month ), plus your utilities, taxes and bank trust fees.
