This is a new home, large and modern. It is located near the north end of San Antonio del Mar, so you would most likely enter via the north entrance.

The Community:
San Antonio del Mar is a gated community with 24-hour security. There is a manned gate on the south and a manned gate on the north side of the community.

The community is located about 25 to 30 minutes south of the San Diego and Tijuana border and is about 5 to 10 minutes before you get to Rosarito. There is direct beach access and a swimming pool, cobblestone streets, and a community park with grass.

The community at large is serviced by the public water company, CESPT, the CFE for electricity, and several competing internet companies. The community has an association office at the south entrance taking care of business.

Within a 1/4 mile of the gated entrances to the community are several convenience stores, a multitude of restaurants, and plenty of other services.

Long term rental 1 year preferred. A 2 year contract can be considered since the house is offered unfurnished.
