Just by walking up to the house the big ocean views become appearant. Inside the foyer, the south west wall is lined with windows for ocean views.
In general, the house has a very warm feeling because of the oversized ocean view windows and saltillo tile for flooring.
The kitchen has a nice long granite bar with a gas stove top inlay. The cabinets are white and light. The kitchen is elevated a couple of steps to focus in on the views and to over look the formal dining area, and sunken living room.
The living room also has tall bay view windows, and has direct access to the 2 patios just outside and below. The comfortable and stylish furnishing you see in the pictures is included with the rent.
The 2 patios also have great ocean views for entertaining, or just sitting outside. The lower patio has a ½ bathroom.
The dining area has a formal yet modern setting with ocean views. The dining table pictured, which seats 6, is included, as is all of the modern decorations.
There is a laundry room and maids quarters behind the kitchen and stairs.
Upstairs, at the top of the stairs, is a nice landing of saltillo tile and skylights for a lot of natural light. This space is large enough for a computer or tv room.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The panorama ocean views from the master bedroom are spectacular, and unobstructed.
The two other bedrooms are also upstairs, as is 3rd bathroom.
All the bedrooms upstairs are currently unfurnished but can be furnished in about 7 days should you need them to be. |
