La Jolla del Mar has a seasonal sandy beach out in front with waves. There are swimming pools, a Jacuzzi tub, and very nice lobby, covered parking, 24 hour security and more.

The development is in a great location with many restaurants, groceries, gas stations, doctors and dentists, and highways near by. This condo is located 3 minutes south of Rosarito and 40 minutes south of the border.

This is probably the best location in all of Baja given the fact that most people want sandy beaches and amenities in one spot and still be close to the services and entertaining in Rosarito Beach.
