In the living and dining area, dual pane windows surround the space giving great ocean and white water views. Just outside the living area is a covered patio with excellent unobstructed ocean views. Not all patio's in Playa Blanca are covered, but by having a cover you are protected from some of the strong, afternoon direct sunlight, coming into the living area. The fireplace has nice accent tiles for contrast topped with a custom rough-finished wood mantel. The white baseboard throughout adds to the well-coordinated colors and fine detail.

The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances. The upgraded cabinets show the wood's natural color and grain and have new hardware. A brown granite counter top compliments the wood cabinets and includes a full granite back splash behind the stove area. A half tiled wall in the kitchen both protects and adds to the styling of the kitchen.

The master bedroom is large and has ocean views right from the headboard. The closet is large and finished with white doors which contrast nicely with the off white walls. The master bath vanity has the sink under the granite counter, while the shower if fully tiled with travertine and all is finished with contemporary hardware. There is a wood cabinet over the toilet for additional storage.

The second bedroom is larger then other second bedrooms at Playa Blanca. This bedroom currently has space for two beds in which one is a nice wood bunk bed. The second bathroom is also nicely finished with an under the counter sink, granite counter, wood cabinet, large mirror, brushed nickel hardware, full glass sliding doors enclosing the tub and shower which is fully tiled.

The hallway from the front door to the living area and master bedroom is a great place for your artistic touches. The closets in this area store the water heater, washer, dryer, central heating unit and are all nicely placed behind white closet doors.

A designated parking space is included. Visitor parking is available.

There is a lot included within the community. The heated oceanfront swimming pool is one of the highlights. The pool area is set up with a large pergola over some of the patio, plenty of space to sit in the sun, plenty of barbecues, and is surrounded by grass and the ocean for an idyllic setting.

The oceanfront Jacuzzi is also a highlight of the pool area, as are sunsets, views of the islands, and dolphins and whales when passing.

There is also an oceanfront gym, oceanfront meeting room as part of the Clubhouse, and fully renovated pool bathrooms and showers.

Another highlight of the community is the tight security. You have to be on their list to get in. So as an owner you can let guests in only by notifying the guards on duty.

There is an on-sight full time property manager doing a great job for the community.

Playa Blanca allows short term rentals.

No pets are allowed in Playa Blanca. I love my dog too, but in Playa Blanca, no pets or visiting pets.
On the plus side, there are no barking dogs within the community and the grass areas are cleaner for playing.

Playa Blanca is located just 30 minutes south of the border. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and several offer delivery. There are plenty of grocery stores in Rosarito, just 8 minutes south. Golf is minutes away at Real del Mar. Surfing is great and right out in front at the beach known as Baja Malibu.
