The patio is small and cute and has very nice views down the little valley and ocean. This patio is fully covered, lighted, and has plenty of space for a large barbecue and serving margaritas to guests.

The living room has ocean views, a wood burning fireplace, large patio slider, two windows for extra light. The couch is a sofa sleeper for extra guests. The included smart-tv is connected to the internet ready for use.

The dining area includes the dining room set for 6 people with chandelier and has access to the kitchen through the serving bar.

The oceanfront pool and jacuzzi are highlights of the community as well. The pool is heated when appropriate and the jacuzzi is usable year round.

Playa Blanca has direct and private access to the large sandy beach. Use your owner's key and get on the sand, and walk for miles. See the surfers as this is a popular surfing destination.

No pets are allowed within Playa Blanca. I know, we all love our pets, but this is how it is at Playa Blanca, and this is one of the reasons why the community is very quiet and very clean.

Playa Blanca is very safe. The gates are always closed and guarded. This is a great place to live if you are solo. All guests must be registered with the guards.

Vacation Rentals:
Because of the amenities and strict rules on tenants entering Playa Blanca, this has made Playa Blanca a place where owners feel safe renting out their condo.

Playa Blanca is about 25 minutes south of the border on the toll road which has been free lately. There are plenty of restaurants and an Oxxo convenience store in the area.

Grocery shopping is in Rosarito. Golf is 5 minutes away at Real de Mar.

Surfing is out in front, known by surfers as Baja Malibu.

The condo is in an escritura. You can easily get a bank trust if you wanted to hold title in this form.
If you are Mexican and have Mexican credit, you can get a loan from a bank.
