The building pictured has a total of 4 apartments, all with ocean views, all with on site parking.

2 apartments are upstairs, and 2 apartments are downstairs.

Each apartment has an open floor plan in which the kitchen is open to a dining and living area and there are ocean views out the large patio glass door sliders.

All the windows are double panel.

The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the building in all the apartments for nice views.

The apartments are furnished. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, cookware and television.

There is a coin washer and dryer system on site next to the parking area.

There is also a covered barbecue area.

Shared internet is $400 pesos per month.
Each apartment has electricity from the electric company you will get your own electric bill.
Each apartment also has its own propane gas tank.
The apartments are wired for Directv.

The apartments are located on the hill in Primo Tapia and give a great panoramic view which includes the ocean, the local mountain called El Coronel, and the rolling ranch hills.

Nearby in the community are plenty of small places for groceries as well as the larger Saturday market. Primo Tapia has two gas stations, a highway ramp with direct access to the free road and the toll road, and is about 15 minutes south of Rosarito.

Just south of Primo Tapia are the sand dunes and a line up of restaurants that include every thing from Sunday brunches to live music on the weekends.
