THE HOME
This home has the largest patio in Baja with over 1600 sq ft of fully usable outdoor space. This rooftop patio has ocean and valley views and has two oversized 'viga' trellis' for shade and decoration. This patio is nice enough for a wedding reception.

Just below the rooftop patio is the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and garage, all on one floor. This floor is just one step higher than the street for easy access and every day living.

There is a lot of wood detail in the house, but it is highlighted in the Hacienda styled kitchen that has a large wood counter over the island and wood cabinets. Just below the kitchen is a small cellar to store wine or to serve as a pantry.

The living room has views out the double pane windows to more patios and down through the valley and to the ocean. The living room has recessed lighting, a niche system in the wall to embed the entertainment system. The living area, as well as all the rooms, have plenty of natural light from the large patio sliders.

The dining area has access to its own patio with ocean views and is large enough for 8 or 10 people.

In addition to the large rooftop patio, all 5 bedrooms and the living and dining room have access to additional patio areas.

The master bedroom is very large and has a private patio, a walk-in closet, and enough space for exercise equipment, a desk, or seating. Also, the master bathroom has double sinks, a shower, and a bathtub.

The stairs that lead down from the great room and street-level are nicely designed. They are wide, have niches in the walls for displaying art and decorations, and have large windows for views and light.


UTILITIES:
Utilities are not included with the rent. You pay utilities separately.
Water is provided via water truck delivery. You call the water truck people and they'll deliver water to your water tank located below the garage.
Propane gas is also by truck delivery. You call the propane people and they come and fill up your propane tank.
The Internet is with IZZI.
Electricity is with the CFE, electric company.


VILLAS SAN PEDRO - THE COMMUNITY AND LOCATION
Villas San Pedro is conveniently located on the free road from Tijuana to Ensenada, about one mile south of Calafia, and about 12 minutes south of Rosarito. Villas San Pedro is known for hosting the giant Jesus statue called the "Sagrado Corazon de Jesus" in Spanish, as well as the awesome ocean views the community has, and being so close the surfing at K38.

From this home, there are plenty of small local stores for groceries, as well as well-known restaurants and taco shops nearby, the closest and most popular being Charly's place.

There is a nice grocery store 5 minutes south at Puerto Nuevo. Walmart and other large grocery stores are in Rosarito.

The tacos shops in the area are very popular with both locals and visitors. Also, Charlies, a very popular restaurant and watering hole is right at the entrance of Villas San Pedro.
