This Villa is a grass, oceanfront villa. From the living area, you step onto the ground level oceanfront patio, with a very nice lawn and the ocean just beyond.

The locally acclaimed Ollie's Pizza and Brown Dog Gelato are right at the street entrance to Villas Pacifica. Colectivo Surf Tasting Room is across the street and Marea Alta is down the street. All these places are great.
There is a new Calimax Supermarket at Puerto Nuevo which is just about 5 minutes south.

For those who surf, you will find waves in front of the condo, empty, or K38 for surfing is about 1 mile away.
Oceanfront golf is 15 minutes south at Bajamar.
Wineries and a collection of outdoor restaurants are in the Guadalupe Valley, a scenic 30-minute drive.
