This home is not oceanfront but is very close to the ocean, very close to the sandy beach and the private community stairs to the beach.

The oceanside patio is huge and is about 18 by 30 feet. It has great ocean views! A place to celebrate!

Downstairs is the 3 car garage. You can park three cars in this garage. There is a washer and dryer, water pump, underground water tank (pila), and water heater which is correctly vented. There are two garage doors each with working remotes. There are extra built-in shelves.

The Community:
It is an oceanfront community with two excellent sandy beaches accessible by the same community stairs. The south beach is the larger beach and has plenty of tide pools, lots of sand, and you can enter and exit the ocean by sand. This south beach has a restaurant and bar on it. On a lower or medium tide, some people go to the north beach because it has a nice cave and is still wide and sandy.

All the utilities are underground. The streets are paved with stone. There is a cute park in the south part of the community with plenty of space for community get-togethers, playing and simply enjoying.

24-hour security, year-round.

Monthly HOA is $130, with 2019 paid in full. It has been at this rate for years so at some point it might be going up.

Castillos del Mar is about 40 minutes south of the border.

The location is awesome. The house is on the back row so you can see the ocean over the oceanfront homes.

The community has a lot of restaurants nearby. Downtown Rosarito is only about 2 miles north.

The highway ramp and gas station is only 1 mile away. There are plenty of supermarkets and everything you can think of in Rosarito.

The home is well cared for. it is not a fixer-upper. It has been painted frequently, lived in full time, roof work has been done recently, plumbing and electrical all work great, with things updated as needed.

With 3 kids, 2 adults, and the washer and dryer running all the time, the electric bill is about $4300 pesos every two months, about $120 a month.

The water tank called a pila, located in the garage floor, works great, the way it is supposed to in that it fills up by itself and can always be used as a backup if the city water goes out.

The house is wired for Directv. Internet is with IZZI and this account can be transferred to your name.
