Payment Options at La Jolla Excellence

Here in Mexico the bank will typically finance at an interest rate of about 11% and they will finance in pesos. This is why the developers have come up with several options to choose from so you can make your dream come true and have a beautiful ocean view property in one of the nicest communities around.

Condos

Option 1: Financing with 40% downpayment, for 10 years at 9.5% Interest

  • The downpayment can be paid off in a span of 6 months total.
  • You can receive up to 8 % discount on the total value of your property depending on which phase you choose.

Option 2: 40% downpayment, and paying off the rest at the delivery of your unit.

  • The downpayment can also be paid off in 12 months.
  • The rest of the amount will be paid upon delivery of the unit.
  • There are several time frames depending on which phase you choose.
  • 2% to 9% discount off the price of the condo depending on the phase.

Option 3: 40% downpayment, paying off the rest at the delivery of your unit.

  • The 40% downpayment would be paid at the signing of the contract.
  • The remainder of the money will be paid upon delivery of the unit.
  • 3-10% discount off the listing price of the condo depending on the phase.

Options 4, 5 & 6: Cash payments.

  • Pay the total cost of the condo within 12 months to receive a discount ranging from 6% to 13% depending on the phase.
  • Pay the total cost of the condo within 6 months to receive a discount ranging from 9% to 15% depending on the phase.
  • Pay the total cost of the condo within 30 days of the signing of the contract to receive a discount ranging from 12% to 18% depending on the phase.
