The Real Estate Caravan is a monthly tour organized by AMPI (the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) in which every member is invited to attend for an opportunity get to visit and know more about fabulous listings from other AMPI Realtors.
This month, we were happy to include Palacio del Mar as one of the properties to be visited by the Caravan!
The group of around 25 Real Estate Professionals started the Caravan from the Rosarito Beach Hotel’s parking lot and made its way South, making stops at different oceanfront communities such as Mision Viejo, Puerta del Mar, Plaza del Mar, La Misión and BajaMar.
Once the Caravan reached the last property to be visited furthest South, they headed back to Palacio del Mar, where everyone was greeted by our sales team at Palacio del Mar and taken for a tour of the model units and the many unique amenities that can be enjoyed in this beautiful community.
At the end of the tour, everyone gathered at the new bistro that will open its doors exclusively to the residents of Palacio del Mar this month to enjoy refreshments and lunch.
We are very excited at the opportunity to showcase the listings at Palacio del Mar and hope to include more of our exclusive listings in next month’s caravan!
