It has two sandy beaches which are much cleaner and less crowded then the main beaches on public holidays. The community has a large grassy park with well maintained trees and flowered areas. The streets are paved with stone and all the utilities are underground. There is a restaurant and bar next to the beach in case you want to share a margarita.

There have always been 2 guards on duty and the entrance is manned.

The monthly association fee is $130 usd a month with nearly 100% of owners paying and the transparent budget with reserves on hand is available for owners to see and review.

The highway ramps, several restaurants, a gas station, and more are all within a mile of the community.

Vacation rentals are not permitted at this house.

Upstairs is the kitchen, living and dining area and extra space being used a gaming area, all under a tall wood finished vaulted ceiling. Just outside of the living area is a very large covered patio on the ocean side of the house with ocean views and very nicely furnished with large rustic wood furniture. On the east side of the upstairs is another large patio looking down on the very nicely maintained grassy park.

Upstairs is where the fifth bedroom is. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor next to the bedroom.

The kitchen is a great space with ocean views, a lot of cabinets, granite counter tops, granite bar, large sink and very nice stainless steel appliances.


DOWNSTAIRS:

Downstairs are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master is downstairs and is facing the covered patio. The other 3 bedrooms on this level share one bathroom. The patio just outside the master is a very nice covered space and leads to alleys on both sides of the house.
