The entire condo has saltillo flooring and tall, over 9 foot ceilings.

The kitchen is a very nicely finished with granite tiling, custom wood cabinets, nice hardware, a built-in wine storage niche, and nice pendant lamps over the raised bar. The wine region, the Guadalupe Valley, is about 45 minutes south.

Ocean front golf is at Bajamar and is about 20 minutes south.

Tijuana is about 30 to 45 minutes north.
