La Jolla del Mar has a long list of amenities that make this development the perfect place for a dream vacation home or a relaxed beachside lifestyle.

La Jolla del Mar Amenities:

• Ocean Front Swimming Pools. There are 3 adult pools throughout the development. The main pool is an infinity pool facing the ocean with plenty of pool side lounge chairs.  This is the focal point of the amenities here at La Jolla del Mar.  At this pool are is also a Jacuzzi tub and a children’s pool.  The two other pools are also beautifully landscaped with gardens, and also have a nearby Jacuzzi and a childrens pool each.
• Jacuzzis. There are a total of 4 Jacuzzis in La Jolla del Mar. Three Jacuzzis are next to the different pool areas and the 4th Jacuzzi is next to the beach front club house.
• Sandy Beach. The development has private access to a beautiful beach with soft clear sand that uninterrupted by cliffs or rocks. This beach has sand all year round.
• Club House. This club house has an outdoor balcony a few feet above the beach level with a barbeque grill and beautiful iron work chairs and tables, inside there are many wooden tables and chairs for a large party of people.
• Barbeque Area. There are other barbecue grills by the beachside that are on the other side of the development, with concrete table and chairs adorned with tile and a wide space with grass for the kids to play.
• Gym. This gym is very new and has the most asked for modern equipment, also a stereo with speakers to enjoy your favorite songs while working out.
• Walkways and Sitting. If you enjoy walking as exercise, or just taking long walks to relax, there are many smooth paved walkways surrounded by beautiful garden landscaping and casual sun protected sitting areas to enjoy the sea view.
• Tennis Court. There is one lighted tennis court, which is completely fenced and maintained regularly.
• 24 Hour Security. A manned gaurd gate, 24 hours a day, with additional onsite security.
• 50 minutes South of the Border. In addtion to being 3 minutes south of Rosarito, La Jolla del Mar, is also only 50 minutes south of the border.  Check out the location and directions.
