Jóse Ghilarducci is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has enjoyed a very diverse sixteen year career in Real Estate. For over nine years Jóse owned and managed a very successful Real Estate Boutique in Rancho Mirage California . Because of his extensive knowledge and experience in the entire Palm Springs , Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert corridor, he has mastered the art of putting his expertise and knowledge to work in such a way that everyone “wins” in every transaction.
Approximately five years ago, Jóse moved to Rosarito full time and became very involved in the Baja Real Estate market. Having owned several homes in Rosarito over a fourteen year period, he was very aware of the intricacies of buying and selling property through a Fidecomiso Trust and is able to obtain the confidence of both buyers and sellers equally to put all parties at ease. His proficiency in four languages helps a lot, too.
Most recently, Jóse was formally inducted as an Imigrado to the country of Mexico , a process that has taken over twelve years. At this time he is able to enjoy the “Best of Both Worlds” and he spends time equally between both paradises … Baja and the desert
On a personal level, Jóse is very active in both communities and he enjoys a wide variety of activities. He is a glass fusion artist by avocation and has had several very successful shows here in Baja and also in the Palm Springs area. Jóse is a strong supporter of the Baja Scholarship Foundation which helps outstanding Baja students who need financial assistance to advance in their education. He also served as Principal for a Day in Palm Springs and served three years on the board of Ramon Academy , a school for students with special needs. Jóse and his partner received the “Shiny Apple Award” from the Palm Springs Unified School District for sending 30 children to camp.
Give him a call, you’ll be really glad you did!
