Club Marena has a long list of amenities.

Club Marena Amenities:

• Two Ocean Front heated swimming pools.  The new swimming pool is at the point.  From this pool you can watch the surfing right out in front, and the ocean is all around you.  The second swimming pool is inside the bay, and is great for the kids, and is open to vacation renters.
• Two Ocean front Jacuzzis.  Like the swimming pools, one is at the top of the point, and the other is in the bay.  The Jacuzzi on the point puts you nearly right on top of the ocean.
• Tennis courts.  There are two lighted tennis courts.  The courts are hard court, are fully enclosed and protected from the wind, highway noise, and are maintained weekly.  Tennis pros are available. 
• The first Pet park in Baja.  This pet park is fully enclosed, grassy, and is large enough to run your pet.  As of this writing, it is the only pet park in all of baja.
• Gym.  The gym on the north side, near the point, is very new and has some of the most asked for modern equipment.  The gym on the south side has a universal gym set, treadmill, and exercise bike.
• Sandy Beach.  This beach is where you can put in a boat, kayak, surf board, and all your water sports equipment.  On a low tide you can explore the tide pools or walk south to more sandy beaches.  On a high tide though, the water may be up to the cliff, so keep an eye on your tide chart.
• Direct walking access to k38 Surf break .  Surfing at Club Marena is one of the greatest natural amenities.  The surf is great for long boarding, short boarding, and is easy enough for beginners.  K38 has been a famous surf point for decades.
• 2 Club Houses.  The club house on the north side is very nice.  There has already been a number of weddings at this site already.  The club house has an indoor section lined up with plenty of nice wood tables, and a superb trompe l'oeil mural referencing the great Baja cave paintings.  Upstairs from the indoor section of the club house is an outdoor ocean front section of that has patio sets, and an outdoor bar and built-in barbeque. The older club house on the south end of Club Marena has pool tables, a barbeque area, tables and chairs, and is great for smaller meetings or events.
• Propane Barbeques.  Available at either club house.
• Manicured grounds.  A seasoned staff works on the grounds 6 days a week.
• Ocean front walkway is very well maintained.
• Trail to the beach.
• 24 hrs security. 
• Home Owners Association.  On site administration.
• Purified Drinking Water. Every building at Club Marena has its own reverse-osmosis water filtration system.   This water goes to the kitchen sink and the refrigerator for ice making.
• Propane gas for forced air heating, cooking, and dryers
